The Federalist Society will be hosting a debate featuring Mr. Kelly Shackelford, CEO and Chief Counsel of Liberty Legal Institute tomorrow during the lunch hour. Mr. Shackelford will be debating UHLC professor Peter Linzer on an issue currently before the Supreme Court of the United States in Buono v. Salazar. At issue in the case is whether a war memorial cross, erected in the Mojave Desert (federal land), should be taken down.
